What we offer

Turning negative experiences into positive outcomes

Drop by at any point and stay for as long as you wish as we enjoy a cuppa and a catch up! Our social drop in is a relaxed and informal environment, that allows us to have a general chat and the ability to provide a deeper level of support if required. We also run blocks of outsourced workshops and training with other fantastic organisations, such as relaxation training and support for new mums.
We are always open to new ideas from our members so please get in touch if there is an activity you would like us to try and provide!
