What we offer

Turning negative experiences into positive outcomes

This is our peer support network, it is facilitated by our staff and volunteers, it is open again to our adult women’s service. It is optional to turn your camera on and participate in speaking out. We open up about how our weeks have been if there have been any challenges or small wins. We then talk about having self care and plans for the week ahead.
