What we offer

Turning negative experiences into positive outcomes

Every Wednesday we welcome you to stop by our weekly 'Heat and eat' for as long, or as short, as you please.

This service will run from 9:30am-1:30pm at our wellbeing hub and we will have plenty of hot drinks, sandwiches to enjoy as well as food parcel options for you to take away.

As with all our services, there are no costs involved with this service and we will have wellbeing workers present should you need some additional support.

Our wellbeing hub is located at 30 Nelson Street, Greenock.

Programme Frequently Asked Questions

Yes of course, you do not need to sit and talk to our wellbeing team and others taking part in the heat and eat if you don't want to or have the time. A member of our staff will help you put together a food package that you can take away.
